Tabitha got a week off from her Residency program in Kingston, Ontario and decided to come visit us on the West Coast. We (well Gurpreet really) got a chance to show her Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle.
Hopefully Tabitha had a great time and we will see her once again on the West Coast.
Gurpreet and I had really been wanting to go see 'The Killers' live. Luckily they were scheduled to perform in Seattle so we decided to get tickets. Thank you ebay! for an awesome pair of tickets. We were righ tnext to the stage in the 6th row.
The opening act was 'British Sea Power', not as great as the Killers but still a lot of fun. The Killers were just awesome and were just great to watch live. Sounded as good as the CD with a way cooler ambience. Check out the pics.
Thats our 2nd concert already this month. Hmm lookss like U2 is playing in Portland.....
We decided to get everyone together this morning at Hector's to celebrate Amits engagement to Kanika on Friday and to get everyone to finally meet Samanthi, Janaka's beautiful bride, and welcome her to the beautiful NorthWest. Well, the credit for the idea needs to go to Kanika as she was really the one who wanted to get everyone together. We made reservations at Hector's via voicemail last night and hit it on the Kirkland waterfront this morning. It didn't disappoint and hopefully everone had a great time.
It was great seeing everyone together after such a long time and makes me almost want to organize events like this on a pretty routine basis. Halloween is just around the corner so we can definitely use that as an excuse for the next one if not earlier.

After six long years, Gurpreet and I finally got married on the 17 of June. It was an awesome time as the whole family gotogether on super short notice and pulled off a great wedding and reception.
Kudos to Varun, Serb and the rest of the gang to pull together the wedding and reception. Man did we have a great time.
Who the hell said weddings were painful. I didnt feel a thing!
